Rivian
Rivian builds electric trucks and SUVs pitched at people who drive toward dirt on purpose, plus the delivery vans it developed for Amazon. Its site sells the machines with poster-scale type and almost no spec-sheet noise.

What hooked us
Model names run at billboard size — R1S filling the viewport like a title card — with each vehicle presented in a clean studio profile underneath, one line of plain copy, two buttons, done. The hero skips the truck entirely for a face mid-laugh, which tells you the pitch: the feeling first, the machine second, the trim-level arithmetic never. Car sites habitually drown buyers in configurators; this one holds a gallery’s pace and lets typography do the towing. The discipline reads as expensive, because it is.
